     Frank Xavier Krupp was born on 11 January 1864 at East Market Street, Tiffin, Seneca, Ohio, USA.4,5,6 He was baptized on 13 January 1864 at Tiffin, Seneca, Ohio.7 Frank Xavier Krupp was also known as Francis H. Hayes. He was born as Frank X Krupp but ran way at the age of 16 and changed his name to Frank Hayes. He lived the rest of his life as Frank Hayes, marrying and having two children with the Hayes name.2 On circa 1881 his name was legally changed to Franklin Harry Hayes. After many years of living as Franklin H. Hayes, his name was legally changed to Franklin Harry Hayes by the legislature of the State of New Jersey on April 5, 1905. Chapter 128 Public Laws of New Jersey, 1905. This was very unusual as most name changes were done through the courts and not through the legislature.1,2 He married Katherine Harper Bullock, daughter of Amos Bullock and Mary C. Scott, on 17 January 1887 at Atlantic City, Atlantic, New Jersey.4 Frank Xavier Krupp lived in 1924 at Atlantic City, New Jersey.3 He lived on 19 April 1930 at 478 S. Virginia Ave, Atlantic City, Atlantic, NJ, living as a guest in a hotel.8 He died on 6 May 1931 at route to the hospital while on a sightseeing tour, Miami, Miami-Dade, Florida, at age 67; Cemetery records.4,1,5,9,6 He was buried on 11 May 1931 at Section F, Lot 154, grave #12., Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville, Atlantic, New Jersey; is buried amongst the Bullock family.10,5
