An eerie sky the evening of August 25, 2011 as we drove through intermittent rain from Linwood to Rock Hall. The morning of August 26 we took Say Good-Bye to Anchorage Marina in Baltimore. With floating docks on each side, we were able to secure her snuggly into the slip. We were beside Hans Bjarno to port and a new friend named Jack to starboard. We had dinner together Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday brought strong winds and rain and Monday morning dawned crisp and bright with nary a ripple on the water. We cruised back home to North Point in about two hours. We were blessed to have been safe and sound in what was a devastating storm to others.  We're now coming into one of our favorite times of the year for boating -- fall, so beautiful on the Chesapeake.
