As usual we had a great time spending the July 4 Holiday Weekend in Rock Hall -- best fireworks on the Eastern Shore and maybe even the world!! The weekend started off on a happy note pickin' crabs with Beck and Neil at J&J's. Amy came later and Betsy and the cherubs came the next day. It was a whirlwind weekend with lots of swimming -- it was beautiful and hot. A special holiday program was presented by the kids at Rock Hall Bible Baptist Church, Kent County Watermen's Day -- with Fabricator from Smith Island winning the docking contest in 17 seconds! Uh oh, they knocked over the pole, but no points were taken off for that maneuver. Sunday evening brought spectacular fireworks in the harbor and Say Good-Bye has the best seats for that. Monday, July 4 was the annual Rock Hall parade -- delightful!! Happy Independence Day Everyone and God Bless America!!!
